Heron Lakes formerly known as Low Farm has been carefully restored from a former quarry to create an idyllic environment for both people & wildlife. All Grey Heron in the lake at Heron Lakes four lakes have been created in such a way as to promote the correct habitat for wildlife, and as a result there are plenty of wildfowl to be seen, including Swans, Ducks, Geese and Sand Martins.
