Description Welcome to Pentre Mawr Caravan Park. We are a family owned and family run establishment. Since redevelopment in 1992 we have maintained a 5 star grading year on year. We have a warm and friendly atmosphere likened to that of a village, infact 'Pentre Mawr' means 'large village' in english.
The park is within a short walk of the beach and all local amenities. We do not have a shop or club on the park as we prefer to keep it quiet, but there are several pubs and resteraunts very nearby.
The main facilty on the park is a bowling area which is for the exclusive use of our customers (no charge). During the year friendly competitions are organised on each Bank Holiday, providing a chance for people to get together and join in. NEW FOR 2008 - We are in the process of installing a new wireless internet system on the park. This will allow anyone to use the internet from the privacy of their own caravan. We will NOT be charging for the internet access as we see this as an essential addition to the modern lifestyle even whilst on holiday. We will be looking into the use of telephones throught the wireless system.
